The Swiss Olympic teams are set for a showdown.

Silvana Tirinzoni and Yannick Schwaller's teams will face off in an exhibition game on Tuesday in Thônex.

Tirinzoni earned the silver medal last month at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, while Schwaller won bronze.

Both teams have had sensational seasons. The world No. 1 Tirinzoni has reached 11 finals in 12 events, including all five Grand Slam of Curling tournaments. The team of Tirinzoni, fourth Alina Pätz, second Carole Howald and lead Selina Witschonke captured back-to-back Grand Slam titles at the HearingLife Canadian Open and Crown Royal Players' Championship.

Tirinzoni also made history by becoming the first skip in either men's or women's division to win three consecutive Players' Championship titles.

Schwaller, No. 3 in the men's world rankings, scored his first career Grand Slam title at the HearingLife Canadian Open in December, completing the first Swiss sweep of the titles in a Grand Slam event. He is backed by fourth Benoît Schwarz-van Berkel, second Sven Michel and lead Pablo Lachat-Couchepin.

Neither Tirinzoni nor Schwaller will be representing Switzerland at the upcoming world championships. Days after their medal games at the Olympic Winter Games, Tirinzoni and Schwaller competed in the Swiss Curling Championships. Both teams finished runners-up, as Tirinzoni lost to Xenia Schwaller and Yannick Schwaller fell to Marco Hösli in the best-of-three finals.
