It all begins with the GSOC Invitational, Oct. 13-18, at Victoria's Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre. Invitations have been handed out; check out the list of teams here, featuring Victoria's own Team Reese-Hansen and Team MacMillan.

"We're beyond excited to be part of this hometown event," said skip Taylor Reese-Hansen. "It's such a meaningful moment for our team, not only because we get to compete at home, but because it'll also be our first time playing in a Grand Slam of Curling event outside of a Tier 2. It's definitely a milestone we'll remember for a long time.

"It's hard to put into words how special it is to have your friends, family, sponsors and hometown community cheering you on. Victoria has played such a big role in our journey, and every time we've had the chance to compete here, the support and energy from the crowd has given us an extra gear."

The series then heads one province east for the GSOC Masters, Nov. 3-8, at Co-op Place in Medicine Hat, Alberta.

From there, it’s off to the East Coast for the GSOC National, Nov. 17-22, at Centre 200 in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Sydney-born skip Christina Black, whose team received a sponsor's exemption, cannot wait for the homecoming event.

"I’ve dreamed about competing at Centre 200 in front of my hometown crowd for years, and it’s going to be unreal to finally have that opportunity," Black said. "Cape Bretoners know how to put on an event, they are the best fans in the world, and I can’t wait to be a part of it."

Fort William Gardens in Thunder Bay, Ontario, will play host to the GSOC Open, Dec. 1-6.

The Grand Slam of Curling season then wraps up with its crown jewel event, the GSOC Players’ Cup, Dec. 15-20, at Slush Puppie Place.
