Yannick Schwaller’s Swiss squad will be running it back next season.
The Geneva-based team of Schwaller, fourth Benoît Schwarz-van Berkel, second Sven Michel and lead Pablo Lachat-Couchepin announced on Wednesday that they are staying together for next season.
Coaches Håvard Vad Petersson and Glenn Howard will also remain on board.
“We strongly believe in our path. This team has the potential to surpass its previous results,” Schwaller said in a release.
Schwaller, who skips and throws third stones, joined forces with Schwarz-van Berkel, Michel and Lachat-Couchepin in 2022.
They reached the podium at the Olympic Winter Games this year, winning bronze in Milano Cortina.
Schwaller also captured his first career Grand Slam of Curling men’s title at the HearingLife Canadian Open in December, defeating Ross Whyte 7-4 in the final in Saskatoon.
The team has won two medals at the World Men’s Curling Championship, earning bronze in 2023 and silver in 2025.
