From vice to skip, Italy's Giulia Zardini Lacedelli will be calling the shots next season.

The all-new Team Zardini Lacedelli was announced Monday on social media. Zardini Lacedelli's squad includes Elena Mathis, Marta Lo Deserto and Rachele Scalesse.

Zardini Lacedelli, Mathis and Lo Deserto previously played together on Stefania Constantini's team. Their best season came in 2023-24, when they won silver at the European Curling Championships, finished fourth at the World Women's Curling Championship and reached the top 10 in the world rankings.

Team Constantini represented Italy on home ice during the Olympic Winter Games this year in Milano Cortina but posted a disappointing 2-7 record and finished ninth overall.

They also missed the playoffs at the World Women's Curling Championship in Calgary, finishing in eighth place with a 5-7 record.

Team Constantini ended the tour season ranked No. 27 in the world.

Zardini Lacedelli also competed with Northern United during the inaugural season of Rock League last month and helped the franchise reach the semifinals.

Scalesse played lead and third over the past two seasons with skip Rebecca Mariani.
