The games are set for the first Grand Slam of Curling event of the season.
The series unveiled the draw schedule on Monday for the GSOC Co-op Invitational, Oct. 13-18, at Victoria's Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
Featuring 16 of the top men's teams and 16 of the top women's teams from around the world, the GSOC competition committee selected the first 12 teams in each division in July, with the other four spots to be determined through the new Satellite Events series.
The Grand Slam of Curling has partnered with high-profile tour events this season to create new pathways for teams to qualify into the top-flight circuit. Satellite winners are guaranteed spots in a select Grand Slam event. However, if the winner has already qualified, the berth will be passed to the next eligible team from the tournament.
Scotland's Team Orrin Carson and Italy's Team Giulia Zardini Lacedelli qualified as semifinalists from the Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland. Japan's Team Takumi Maeda and South Korea's Team Bo-bae Kang, skipped by Kyeong-ae Kim, qualified as finalists from the Karuizawa International in Japan. Winnipeg's Team John Epping earned a berth as runner-up and Team Miyu Ueno picked up a spot for reaching the semifinals at the Shorty Jenkins Classic in Cornwall, Ontario.
Both divisions have one open spot remaining, which will be decided at the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, Oct. 1-4, in Vernon, B.C.

Can't make it to Victoria? Canadian fans can tune into Sportsnet and CBC for live coverage of the event. Sportsnet will air three draws daily from Oct. 13-16. Playoff coverage on Oct. 17 shifts to CBC, the free CBC Gem streaming service and Sportsnet+, before returning to Sportsnet for the championship finals on Oct. 18.
American fans can watch the action live on ESPN+ on the ESPN App.
