Team Bio

Team Walstad has represented Norway at the past two world championships.

Markus Høiberg has served as the alternate for Team Ulsrud in the past including the Winter Olympics and world championships. He filled in for lead Håvard Vad Petersson at the 2013 Masters.

Steffen Walstad made his sensational Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling debut at the 2017 Tour Challenge (Tier 1) and reached the final sustaining just the one loss to Team Gushue in the championship game.

Magnus Nedregotten has also carved out a successful mixed doubles career representing Norway at the world mixed doubles championship five times. He earned the bronze medal at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics after Alexander Krushelnitskiy of the Olympic Athletes from Russia tested positive for a banned substance.
