Full packages are now on sale for the Players’ Championship running April 10-15, 2018, Toronto.

The crown jewel event of the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling returns to Ryerson’s Mattamy Athletic Centre for the fourth consecutive season and fifth time in six years.

Twelve of the top men’s teams and 12 of the top women’s teams of the year will compete in the fourth and final major of 2017-18 with the Bonus Cup, awarded to the overall season champions, also on the line.

This will be the 26th running of the Players’ Championship, which predates the Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling and has been held every season since 1993.

Winnipeg’s Jennifer Jones and Niklas Edin of Sweden are the reigning champions. Jones captured her record sixth Players’ Championship women’s title defeating Edmonton’s Val Sweeting in the final. Edin claimed his first Players’ Championship title — and third Pinty’s Grand Slam of Curling trophy of the season — beating Winnipeg’s Mike McEwen on the men’s side.
